  Item as described. Although it appeared to have been opened and repacked (well), it was indeed in brand new condition with parts still in original wrapping. DHL delivery was dubious as the package was left outside the house without the required signature. This is my first experience of a smart cycle trainer and it works well. I am a satisfied customer.

  Item arrived super quick especially as it was over the Christmas period so I was surprised, unfortunately the product had an issue and I contacted the seller who responded immediately apologising and was issued a full refund immediately, this is a business or individual who knows how to keep their customers happy, first class service, thanks

  Absolutely excellent Seller! The item was incredibly well packaged and sold for a very reasonable price when I put in a counter offer! The Aspinal leather passport wallet I purchased was extremely well taken care of, authentic and matched the item description and photo very well! The order well incredibly well packaged in bubble wrap and recycled cardboard and there isn’t a single blemish on the wallet due to how well it’s been packaged! Arrived on time too!
