  10+ Seller - Thank you for quick shipping, excellent packaging and the great price for the Vintage Postcard “Hearty Congratulations “ - Used. The postcard is really lovely with vibrant pastel colors. It looks new but just looking at it one would know it is vintage. It’s so much nicer than described. I will frame it with the other one.   Item was mistakenly listed as 1/18 when it was actually 1/64. Only found out when it arrived. I was disappointed as was looking forward to adding to collection but seller offered refund straight away and didn’t have to send car back. Post would have not made it worth it anyway. Good seller as we all make mistakes but he fixed it as soon as he knew which is awesome. Highly recommend but just double check listing
