Not sure what happened but the seller was responsive to my messages and the filter seems like a nice quality. Running a business like I do, I need product to show up when it says it's going to. I was hoping to create a nice working relationship with this seller and be able to order a lot more filters from them. I may give it a second chance and see if it was just a one time deal.
