    The brace was as described and for the cost it was good. I was unfortunately sent the wrong size but the seller was very helpful in processing the return/refund. They initially offered a partial refund whilst I kept the product but I couldn’t use it because it was too big. They gladly accepted to refund the full amount and have me send the product back at their expense.

    After I ordered this item my podiatrist told me not to do the exercise I originally bought it for. When it arrived I had to send it straight back without opening the package. The seller immediately refunded my money with question so I would say full marks to the seller for his straight business practice.
