    Ordered a zerk grease fitting tool from this seller & it did not fit the standard zerks.. I contacted the seller to be ignored & than given the run around with bad excuses.. I told them them I shouldn't have to pay for return shipping since the item wasn't a standard tool & was told that I would have to pay shipping & a restocking fee for an item worth $17 dollars.. This company's customer service is trash and they don't care to make the situation correct. Reviews don't lie. You have been warned

    This order never made it to me. It was obviously poorly packaged and fell apart during shipping and was deemed undeliverable and to be returned to the seller. I reached out to the seller to send a replacement as I was in need of the product, the seller would not send a replacement. I won't buy from this seller anymore.

    "This customer seems to be quite tricky. Please keep an eye on them, as they previously filed a chargeback with their credit card company. They also made a second purchase but i was able to cancel before it happen again, which is likely why they're still upset. The case is still open at this moment, so be cautious."
