No marks or scratches anywhere, the system looks brand new, BIOS settings and Windows were at their proper default settings, and the Dell service tag sticker was still attached and in good condition. Shipping took 1 week, and it was well packed. Very, very happy with this purchase.

  Initially, the item received was malfunctioning. I contacted the seller, who was very helpful in troubleshooting the issue. When the problem couldn't be resolved, they promptly sent me a replacement unit, which works perfectly. Great service—thank you!
