The item was well protected with cardboard to prevent damage, and was just as described. I have to give a big shout out to this dealer. The stamp, one stamp took a month to get here. Not his fault it is eBay and their mailing and tracking system that are at fault. Matt's communication has been great. He was ready to refund me but I decided to hold off a few days more and it's here. Matt is very very pleasant to deal with, don't hesitate to buy from him.
