  This seller was penalised for problems incurred by the carrier which have now been resolved. We have now received our mat on 19.3.25 ; thank you. What action is required re refund ? Regards, Anthony Wyatt

  I'm sorry your item was lost in transit. As soon as you contacted me, I reached out to the carrier (Parcel2Go) with a full description of your goods to assist in locating them. I followed up a few days later, but unfortunately, the item could not be found. Since I have no control over the local carrier's handling of the package, issuing a refund was the best course of action. You were refunded in full. I understand this is frustrating, but I did everything within my power to resolve the issue.

  Bit of an issue with courier not picking up item from seller which delayed the items arrival, but had good communication throughout from seller so at least I knew what was happening. Floor tiles are good quality, thick vinyl and a great price so worth the wait.
