  This camera and memory stick bundle arrived quickly and were well packaged. Unfortunately, although the power turned on, the lens would not open, lcd was not working and the camera was not able to take photos. I reached out to the seller and he apologized and was going to have me return it for give a full refund. Since I needed the cards, I asked if he could refund me 50% so I paid for the cards. He agreed and that was great. I feel we both won. I would buy from him again! Great communication!
