    I was replacing a nearly identical faucet that had worn out. Although the color and design of the glass weren’t as good as my original (no fault of the seller!), I managed to swap the glass piece and install the faucet. The shipment was fast and securely packed, with the seller taking extra care to add extra padding (thank you!). Overall, I’m very happy with both the experience with this seller and the item itself.

    Listed as "new" but when I received the item, the black finish around the perimeter was rubbed off exposing the stainless steel against a black background. The face of the unit had some sort of residue that I tried to clean off but didn't want to be too aggressive and make matters worse... I informed the seller and documented my findings and was promptly issued a refund. The seller handled the issue, however, the neutral rating is due to not being aware of the condition or sending it anyway..
