  Sent the wrong colour item but fast shipping and very responsive to the issue. Was willing to send a replacement and shipping label to return the originally shipped item. Good seller even with the initial mistake.

  Item has not arrived and is nowhere close to arriving (as originally advertised) according to the tracking information. Seller is slow to respond to messages & only says to keep waiting. Item was ordered for an event & it never arrived . They refuse to offer a refund & as of 3 weeks, items still isn't here. Seller blames Canadian mail & isn't helpful!!!!!!!!!
