    Slight miscommunication on the order description. Received order promptly. Item was packaged wonderfully. Contacted seller and mitigated a resolution. Seller responded quickly and provided a full refund even though I did not do my due diligence comparing the pictures to the item listing. Definitely recommend and would do business with again.

    Great eBay seller, good communications, very accurate description, professional packaging and immediate shipping. The Tektronix Type 75 Plugin arrived in very good used condition, thanks to the packaging. Its missing a couple of tubes, which was well documented in the listing, which gave it a great price.     These sellers are FANTASTIC!! Initially the wrong product was received, but when I contacted them their response was overwhelmingly prompt and helpful. Their communication was brilliant, and today I received a replacement (correct) item. Thank you Surplus Store!!

    Exactly as described. Ordered two. One was shipped in an outer box, one was not. The one that was not shipped in an outer box took a beating cosmetically because the shelf/display box isn't a shipping box. It doesn't seem to be functionally damaged. Default shipping is inexpensive but if you care about the outer box let them know. Would buy again.
