    Item was just as described, the packaging was bullet-proof & the price was right, but that DHL shipping was painfully slow. They probably sent it on a slow freight train (literally)! But then, I wasn't really in a hurry for it.

    Received wrong merchandise. Received 2 small packs of rubber washers instead of Nail Clippers (Green Bell High Quality Stainless Finger and Toe nail Clippers S L G-1114, Item Number 324233565255) that I had ordered. Contacted the seller with photo of wrong merchandise and I was informed that the merchandise didn’t come from his inventory. Definitely did not offer to solve the mistake. As a buyer, I’m deeply dissatisfied with my purchasing experience. Seller refused to resolve problem.

    We never have such rubber stuff in our location, and this buyer sent the image with swapped item and package. Purchased item was stolen by him. Very high-risk buyer. Be aware of this account as a scammer.

    The Knife is great, exactly as the description said. Shipping is also great, while the price is a little steep, it arrived 2 weeks ahead of schedule, which is something anyone can appreciate. Packaged really nicely, Knife is sharp from the box, Holds really well. Would buy again.
