  May have been used but looks brand new. The quality is original panasonic. The value was reasonable with free shipping. The appearance was as expected in photos. It was shipped well in a couple of layers of bubble wrap. Would purchase from this seller again.

  All I can say about this purchase is that if I could give Martin Microwave 50 stars or 100 stars, I sure would. I have purchased items on Ebay for years and have had very good outcomes, but Martin Microwave tops them all. Their customer service, prompt shipping and quality products is A-1. I wasn't sure of the correct part number, Tim in Customer Service took care of that pronto. He got the correct part and shipped it out the same day. Hats off to Martin Microwave. GREAT people.
