  I placed an order the morning of Friday September 26,early about 9/10am. It wasn't shipped until late Monday night with the cheapest UPS service possible. On Thursday almost a week after I ordered I found my pkg to be literally on the opposite side of the USA. I reached out to this "seller" and the only thing he would do is tell me that it was "unfortunate". There was no special rush put on UPS, no offer to send a replacement package or anything at all. I've never written another negative review

  Great communication, very responsive. Had an issue with my order, but they recognized the problem and fixed it immediately without belittling me as a buyer. Will shop with them again! 10/10
