  It took longer than expected for my item to ship, but once I reached out to the seller they were able to resolve my issue immediately and they even offered me a refund. I would definitely do business with them again.

  This seller is terrible and so are the items. I paid for my item 3 weeks ago and the tracking info showed he never shipped it until I contacted ebay to step in for a refund. 2 days after i made the refund request the seller tried to ship my item and still sent the wrong thing on top of the other problems in this transaction. And ebay is not living up to their refund policy.
