No refunds for either purchase despite extensive texts and numerous friendly phone calls and voicemails. After endless excuses -- traveling, inventory embezzled, forced to close retail store and move business to home, will check sealed stock in basement, wife in hospital, send me a copy of our texts, I'll call you tomorrow, and tomorrow -- seller is now gaslighting me. DRAW YOUR OWN CONCLUSIONS.

The seller doesn't have it, so I requested a refund, but that hasn't happened either. The seller hasn't responded to my messages. It's disappointing that a big seller like Marlen Stamp and Coins shows so little regard for small buyers. I suspect I would have been treated differently if I had ordered a more expensive item.

Seller communication was excellent and immediate when the Post Office scanned the package incorrectly and indicated it was delivered back to the seller. This was a partial indian head collection in an old album. I really wanted the 1870 indian head and I was happy when it turned out to be a shallow N variety. This was well worth the auction price. I am happy with this purchase.
