  Received the incorrect parts (looks as though the seller put my address label onto someone else's parts and visa verser) I contacted the seller and got an immediate reply with an apology. They gave me the option for a cash refund or replacement parts. The correct parts were sent by return without any quibble. Seller, therefore deserves positive feed back. Item was exactly as described. Thank you.

  Prompt delivery, packed OK, arrived in intact condition and looks as expected and as described, FREE p&p (postage) costs, the brush in the cap of the container is nice and long, so you can get access to much further into the lacquer liquid to apply it better with a full brush. So overall this purchase was great value to me, RECOMMEND SELLER 5 * * * * *

  Giving a positive feedback even though the item supplied did not match the specification as advertised. The communication with this dealer was first class. The item was delivered before the estimated delivery date. Returning the item was relatively easy and a refund was quickly activated. There was nothing wrong with the item except it was not as powerful as described. Giving the benefit of doubt the dealer may simply have sent the wrong item.

  Item as described although I didn't realise that it is a 2 part paint. Consequently a great price and delivery was in 24 hours. Great service. Have used this supplier a number of times, always a fast and efficient service.
