  Ordered a pack of five. Package arrived open with only four. I really only needed one. Reached out to seller for their awareness. They responded and sent a new pack of five! This was unexpected!   Great experience dealing with this seller! When I first received my order, I assumed I ordered the wrong part. After contacting the company, they notified me that they accidentally shipped an incorrect unit. They worked with me to get the correct lower unit for my boat, shipped it out quickly and covered the return shipping. That kind of integrity and customer service is rare nowadays. The lower unit was as described online, fit well and worked flawlessly! Will recommend to all my friends!
