  I will start with, there was an issue with the delivery of the item purchased. USPS did not deliver my package because they were unable too find my address. I contacted seller and they immediately updated me with the issue. They requested to ship out another roller. I received the new roller very quickly. I was very appreciative with there responses. The seller is an A+.

  The box this item was shipped in wasn't Heavy enough cardboard and no peanut fill so the box arrived destroyed and all taped up by the delivery service from the heavy metal bracket flying around in the box. Luckily the parts were still all there with just a few small scratches on item.
