Packing material was great, so it must have been roughed up in shipping. I contacted the seller and he got back to me within 30 minutes and in short order had the replacement part shipped. The build quality is excellent and I’m excited to put this all together. The only thing that can go wrong from here is me messing up the installation.

It fit my Aqueon tank perfectly, even the bottom corners of the baffles were rounded to sit perfectly on top of the silconed edges. The seller was very responsive and helpful with all of my questions and concerns. I would definitely recommend this kit and purchasing from this seller.

They even refunded the difference when it cost less for shipping without me even asking or knowing it cost less. You almost never get customer service like that anymore. Had an issue with a screw not fitting properly and was sent a whole new piece quickly to remedy the issue! Customer service is awesome, business dealing was awesome.
