  This seller is great and despite the post office not updating the tracking until the day before the delivery, everything arrived looking healthy and packaged extremely well. I’m glad I opted for the cold box upgrade, because I think it made a difference with the postal delay. The seller was prompt answering my questions about the order status .

  Plants arrived in very good condition and were well packed. They arrived two days late. The PO tracking said that they didn't receive the package until the day before I was supposed to get it. I understand that stuff happens, but no communication from seller and no update on arrival/tracking, so they ended up sitting in the hot sun on my porch all afternoon. But everything survived and looks good, so just be aware that shipping may be slow.

  Came quickly and as described. Every monte carlo purchased is shipped in a pot which is wrapped in sealed plastic. The plants all came healthy and vibrant. Fantastic seller.

  Despite taking a long time by USPS, the plants that arrived were healthy and in generous portions. The shipping time is partially the seller's fault as small packages shipped USPS First Class are always significantly faster than Parcel Select with no significant price difference. I wouldn't ship anything perishable with Parcel Select; the savings aren't worth it even over slightly more expensive Priority Mail for larger packages.

  Seller just doesn’t do what he says! In his description it says all plants ship 1-3 days after payment. After 6 business days of him not shipping the item, I messaged and waited about 8 hours and got no response. So then I opened up an item not recieved case as it had been 10 days and the item still hasn’t shipped. Can’t get a refund from them as they are just wasting time on both ends. Now they’re waiting for time to expire since opening the item not received case. Terrible seller! Avoid!
