  Purchased item with this seller for about 20% more than competitors due to the advertised same day shipping. It has now been over 2 weeks and they still have not shipped it. I have sent 3 different messages throughout this timeframe and have had zero responses. I attempted to cancel the purchase twice now which they keep denying. Would not recommend doing business with them based on my experience with this particular purchase and their lack of communication

  Deceptive ebay ad listing! The splash guards I received (front) for a Ram 3500 are Mopar, but not the part listed and pictured in the ad. The ad shows the Ram logo on the splash guards, but these don't have the logo. Fix your ad or send the right parts! BAD: Not the part listed in the ad! GOOD: genuine mopar part that will still fit my truck. Buyer beware if having the logo is important. Suggest you try another seller.

  Item description was misleading. Seller immediately emailed stating that it was only for 1 plug and offered to cancel just in case I thought I was getting six. No issue with cancelation, but REALLY!
