They all still had shrink-wrap around the heads of each club! Shipping was FAST - I mean so fast that I had a thought right after ordering, that I wanted to maybe switch the shaft stiffness so I sent a message - no response, so I called the next morning & changing was a no-go because they were already on the way to me!? Overall, good experience. Communication with customer could be better.
