Once I received messages, I responded by asking if they wanted the item and saying that I would mail it that day. They finally responded and I promptly took care of the issue with a refund. I wish the buyer no ill will, despite them not taking "Sorry, I was moving and everything was packed in boxes as they traveled form one place to another. Do you still want the item? I can mail it ASAP." as a form of communication and cancelation.

These are hand-painted (as much as a large toy company does that) and there will always be variations, especially with older stock which might not match the newer photos.
