    The shipping was fast. The packing was ok but could have been better. The description was accurate of the condition. A little better description of the book contents would have been better. The book value would be great if I had a Mazda 3. The RX8 section being only a few pages was not worth the cost. I requested to return the book based on the RX8 content; Seller gave full refund of book once received. The other book I got from the seller was excellent. I would definitely buy again from seller.

    Shipping was decent, and the item arrived in great condition, even better than described. However, the packaging could have been improved. The books were all crammed into a small box, which caused one of them to bend from the cover. The value wasn’t too bad, and the seller met me halfway to ensure that we were both satisfied with the deal.

    Seller was quick to respond to messages. Fast shipping, Manual came well packaged. manual is described in great condition. Seller was great to work with negotiating a price for the manual. Great value. Will do business with this seller again. Highly recommended.

    Shipping was fast, box was NOT taped closed, as described, good price. Although the box had not been taped closed all four manuals were in the box.

    The item arrived on time in the described condition. All pages are legible and the book is in overall good condition. This seller had the best value and condition out of all ebay listings for the service manual we needed. The item did arrive a few days later than the listing originally stated, but I do not fault the seller for that, as the item was shipped out in a timely manner, and shipping times can vary due to the shipping service. I am completely satisfied with my purchase, thank you!
