  Stunning couch loads of help from the seller when the delivery company got it a bit wrong, not advertised by the seller but delivery included placing the item, unwrapping and taking all the wrapping away, a massive help in this day and age, nothing was a bother highly recommend this seller.

  Amazing customer service. Great delivery team. Brilliant communication can't ask for more from any seller. Set arrived as advised and on time in a massive box. Love the contemporary look of the frames. They were easy to assemble and even came with the tools to do this. Just beware there are no surplus bolts or washers. One if the cushions had a mark on the front that would not wipe off and the seller immediately offered to send a spare, which arrived very quickly too. Thank you so much.

  I wouldn't buy of this seller again wasn't happy with the service on the delivery was meant to be getting my garden furniture delivered on the 26th of April had a message that they ate to cancel my delivery due to picking error I booked for my delivery for 30th April and again got a message saying picking error again. It was delivered on the 3rd of May it took over 4 weeks for my item to be delivered the seller message me saying when the furniture is delivered I give you a refund .and he as not

  It took a lot longer to arrive than expected due to a fault with the delivery company not scanning my item in when it arrived, this was not the fault of the seller. There was also a problem again with the delivery company who told me I would be the first drop off at 7am and they didn’t actually arrive until 11:50pm and that was only because I had to send them several text messages. When it did arrive the wrapping was absolutely covered in dirt where it had been thrown in the lorry.
