  The seller did not deliver the item and when contacted, admitted they forgot about my order and processed a refund. Unfortunately for me the item was supposed to be a birthday present, hence time sensitive. Although the seller claimed that they still have the item in stock, it never re-appeared on their eBay shop as initially described(in original packaging).They probably double sold it or never had it. Don’t think I’ll use their services again.

  This was an honest mistake where the order had accidentally been marked down as despatched when it hadn't been which is 100% our fault and which we apologised for. Unfortunately by the time the seller flagged up that it hadn't arrived as a birthday present it was too late to send a replacement so we had no choice but to refund the buyer.
