    Awesome service and communication. Gas fire packed well, and despatched quickly and arrived the next day. Gas fire is in original box plus an additional outer box. I haven’t unpacked yet because it’s too heavy for me to handle. Awaiting gas engineer to unpack and install.

    Initial panel arrived damaged at one corner. Seller resolved quickly sending us another panel which was delivered the next day super well packaged to prevent corner damage. Highly recommend this seller. Thanks ☺️
