I was offered either a refund or I could wait until she was able to get more. I selected the refund and was refunded right away. A good experience, even if I couldn’t get the item this time. Plants were well priced. The only issue is they dont seem to offer combined postage i added a few other small bunches of plants to the basket but removed them when the postage was over £20. Overall great, highly recommended

My only complaint is that I was charged postage on each item - but they all arrived together, in one box. The postage could have been reduced! Good point was that they quickly contacted to say the item ordered wasn't available and would I be happy with an alternative.
