    The packaging was really nice, and the item looks just as beautiful as in the pictures. The only downside was the slow dispatch—it took about a week before the seller handed it over to the shipping company. But once DHL got it, delivery was super quick—just 2 days!

    Absolutely great Seller! I placed the order, hoping the pen would arrive in time to give someone as a gift for their graduation, and it did! The pen was safely packed and I received it in 10 days. I would definitely recommend this seller.

    This is exactly what I was looking for! I found this several places but chose this specific seller for many reasons. The seller was helpful with my questions and provided great details about the product. The shipping was so fast via Japan to east coast USA.     Coffee mug from Kyoto is the ultimate in hand made Japanese Craftsmanship from 1000 years of tradition. Arrived in perfect condition. Seller was wonderful and gave me the best value. I am so pleased. Cup is as advertised and even the wooden box is to be treasured. Love this seller. Went out of his way to make me happy. Highly recommend. These items are completely made and painted. Love Love Love.
