  I cannot say enough great things about the level of customer service provided. This item was a Christmas gift that we had been waiting for and USPS accidentally delivered to the wrong address. As soon as they were notified, the seller shipped another out no questions asked. They were very prompt and professional, putting customer first. The clock itself was also amazing g. The gift recipient loved it and immediately hung it up. Thank you!

  Amazing clock and customer service. The wrong color was sent the first time but I contacted the seller and he was very understanding and helped me to get both the product refund and the shipping refund so I could then go on and order again. Shipping was faster than stated but expensive. Expense has nothing to do with the seller but my location. Beautifully made and would definitely recommend the seller and buy again.
