  Received the bag as described, NWT, with all the plastic wrapping and stickers on the metal parts. The package was wrapped professionally well. I would give it a 5-star experience but taking one star for the communication. The item sat in "Waiting for Shipment" for a good week and attempts to get status update were unanswered.

  Beware. This seller did not ship the Chanel hand bag I purchaed claiming that they found a defect when they were packing the purse. The photos did not show any defects and none was listed in the item description. I asked to see photos of the defect but they said they don't have the purse because it was sent for repairs! My payment was not refunded after they canceled the transaction.

  I highly, highly recommend this seller! My bag came beautifully and thoughtfully wrapped with all the original materials from the Coach store. My purchase was delivered to the US in less than a week. Will absolutely be buying my next bag from them now.
