  Received the bag as described, NWT, with all the plastic wrapping and stickers on the metal parts. The package was wrapped professionally well. I would give it a 5-star experience but taking one star for the communication. The item sat in "Waiting for Shipment" for a good week and attempts to get status update were unanswered.

  Beware. This seller did not ship the Chanel hand bag I purchaed claiming that they found a defect when they were packing the purse. The photos did not show any defects and none was listed in the item description. I asked to see photos of the defect but they said they don't have the purse because it was sent for repairs! My payment was not refunded after they canceled the transaction.

  Buyers BEWARE! This seller is a scammer. They don't ship your purchases and not canceling orders. Just keeping your money without any communication. Avoid troubles and disappointment and stay away from this seller! I agree with the previous reviewer that positive reviews for this seller are not real reviews and are done through friends "purchasing".
