  Unfortunately, I didn’t want to leave a negative review, but the item was misrepresented — the foam shown in the photos was not included. I gave the seller multiple chances to resolve it. They acknowledged the issue and promised a refund, but never followed through and stopped responding. Buyers should be aware that not everything shown may be included, and the seller may not honor their commitments.
