  Nothing wrong with the item but the seller said the item was dispatched (untracked). After about a week of waiting i raised a item not received report. The next day the status changed to dispatched and has a tracking number. When i checked the tracking number the item was sent from canada. 3 days later the seller contacts me and said the item was damaged in transit and they had to send another one. Got it in the end but took longer than it should've and the whole interaction just felt dodgy

  15 days later....allegedly shipped then returned to them as damaged in transit (exactly the same as another review....which I wish I'd read!). Items then 'shipped' with Evri but no tracking number. I asked for a tracking number. No reply. EBay have stepped in to get my money back. My cats can't wait 15 days to be fed and I do not work hard for shoddy companies like this to take my money and waste my time chasing them up. Sort yourselves out or do one.

  No Contact from seller. Item has been marked as dispatched 3 days after order with Evri but no tracking number provided - No answer to emails either. Waste of my time.
