  I had mistakenly ordered the item but it was not the correct color. The item had been shipped when I noticed my mistake. I could not cancel the item at that point. I took delivery of the item then asked for a return. The seller immediately sent a return label with no hassles at all. I want to thank the seller for being understanding and stepping up to the plate to honor my request. I would recommend this seller to anyone if they need a item this seller has listed.   The item arrived with missing parts, in poor condition, and with much lower quality than advertised. Its appearance does not match the posted images, and the price paid is unjustified. I repeatedly asked for the missing pieces, but the seller refused, responded evasively, and offered only $4 as compensation — which is insulting. They do not verify items before shipping and expect the buyer to waste time fixing their mistakes. Poor customer service and unprofessional attitude. I do not recommend
