The supplier was very helpful in making a decision on what type and color cloth to choose and provided samples free of charge as part of this. The item was received well packaged and dispatched quickly. I have since been really pleased with the color that I chose and found it easy to work with although I would recommend investing in a good set of cloth shears. Performance wise the cloth is acoustically transparent.
