  Item is as advertised. Disappointed in the packaging though--the remote was simply wrapped in a white plastic mailing bag with NO protective padding of any kind. Despite this, the item still arrived in good working order.

  Product was as described ands shipping was very fast. Could have used better packaging (just came wrapped in a plastic bag), but remote was fine and shipping was free and fast so can't complain
