    This is the second item I've bought from this seller. Both Wozniak sculptures were as described. Packing was great and the little birdhouse arrived safely a few days after being mailed and included a nice note from the seller.

    As described, well packaged and received intact and on time. Good communication with the seller after confusing automatic messages from ebay during the "make an offer" process. The message was "your offer did not work out" but did not direct you to look at details, where a 20% discount had been sent. No reflection on the seller, just not intuitive to this buyer. Happy with purchase and process otherwise.

    Original item wasn’t found and seller refunded the amount. However, a replacement was sent out after seller wrote me about the original. This was a very genuine gesture and unexpected. I received that item today and it’s nicer than expected! I very much appreciated the honesty of the seller. Top marks and thank you again.
