    Product shipped untracked. Never received the item. After 9 days, I emailed seller asking where the package was. Got a “sample” or template style email reply saying I’d receive the tracking information that night. Never got it. Requested a refund. Let’s see if I receive that. Bad business to ship anything untracked.
