  THIS ITEM CAME PACKAGED PERFECTLY AND WAS AS DESCRIBED, SHIPPING COSTS WERE AS USUAL $18 FROM NEW JERSEY AND I'M IN CALIFORNIA SO THE SHIPPING TIME LAGS A BIT. IT WAS A GOOD VALUE PURCHASE, I WAS ABLE TO PUT AN SSD IN IT WITH 16GB RAM, AND ADD WINDOWS 11 PRO OS. OVERALL THIS SELLER HAS DONE REPEAT BUSINESS WITH ME AND I REALLY APPRECIATE THEIR SELECTION ONLINE WITH EBAY.   One of my favorite vendors. Went the extra mile to get me a replacement laptop that i like even more than the first i bought and I only needed to pay for shipping. Nothing but good things to say about him and Im sure Ill be back. ive got 3 laptops from him so far and wouldnt even call the broken one a loss. Probs not for avg joe, but if u refurb then this is the plug Id recommend all day! Arrived in 1 day! Prices are competitive, and product as described, packed very well.

  Bought some preowned laptops and it was exactly as described. The condition matched the listing, and everything works perfectly. The seller went above and beyond with clear, detailed documentation, careful consolidated packaging and early shipping. For the price, this was excellent value for money. Definitely one of the most professional sellers I’ve encountered on eBay. I’ll definitely be buying from them again.

  Excellent Seller, Fast Shipping, Well Packaged, and no damage done to the laptop! The laptop looked just as good as it did in the pictures, and everything is just as the seller described it to be. I also got a great deal on the laptop due to it being used. The only downside is that the seller didn't ship until 2-3 days after I placed my order, but this was near Christmas, so the seller is not to blame.

  Shipping was good they packaged it in a decent amount of bubble wrap, I enjoyed the description they gave they also added a list of parts I needed for the computer, having that list on hand helps me a lot while trying to understand what was needed. The value was Alright I would have wanted a bit cheaper but it was plenty cheap enough for being an outdated laptop!

  Excellent transaction. Item just as described, if not better. Great communication from the seller, who is obviously an asset to his business. Packaging is way better than most. Shipping is quick. This seller makes you feel important, even if you're just buying older, retired electronic assets. I will buy again....
