  Item exactly as described, in great condition, and in sync with the pictures provided in the seller's post. Package was well-packed to protect against potential damage and it was delivered safely.   3DS arrived within about 2 weeks and was packaged well. Everything works as it should, no issues with system, charged up just fine (so no battery issues). Looks exactly like it did in the photos. Decent price for this console. Seller responded fast to my questions. A good experience.

  The 7800 arrived damaged with a cracked hole in the corner of the shell. It wasn't packaged very well. Shipping also originated several states away from item's listed location. After some conversation back and forth, Seller agreed to accept a return and refund the order. Given the acceptance of return and quick refund, it was still an overall positive, albeit mildly frustrating experience.

  First of all, I am beyond pleased with how responsive the seller was. I had questions about shipping and tracking, and they responded same day every time, and they were very polite and helpful. All of the items were exactly as advertised, and work perfectly. I think it was a great deal! 10/10 I would absolutely purchase from this seller again!

  Seller had a family member pass. He mailed me a hand written note explaining that my purchase would be delayed and apologized. That is above and beyond .
