  Item as described and arrived quickly. Ordered two items at the same time. Received as two deliveries but got notice that BOTH had been delivered. Wasted time following this up. Room for improved communication - otherwise satisfied

  Great communication, Great customer service, unfortunately let down by freight company. 18 days delivery for the same state ( NSW to NSW ). Freight company was absolutely useless in providing any information for the misdirected item which at one stage ended up in Western Australia. Would definitely deal with again but request different freight company. Lucky the machine was well packed in a timber crate which provided great protection. Really looking forward for summer.

  Keg arrived really well packaged, came with everything needed to get started. Seller has been helpful, does take a while for them to respond but they eventually do. Thanks!

  Item was exactly as described and sent promptly, however the salon trolley did arrive with some damaged to the back of it, and much later then expected. I believe both were due to the courier company used and not the sellers item as it was collected on time and packaged well. Aramex has let this seller down.
