  The first time I bought this hat I received it in a couple of days. but on this occasion I didn't receive it, This was NOT the fault of this company. It was the fault of the POST OFFICE. I don't know how they get away with it. anyway one word to this company I was refunded straight away, This is Ebay at its best, This company can be trusted 100% and I would have no hesitation doing business with them again and again.

  It was dumped outside by evr, without any messages, l never received it 😢 but the seller has been OK ish communication excellent, but we both lost out because of Evris rotten service

  For all item purchased too small and had to return. The sellers customer service from start to finish was exceptional. They kept me in loop when item be here arrived early. They replied promptly when contacted re too small and to return. I had refund on same contact and only that, to save me a journey to post office, they had royal mail collect from home next day! Now if that isn't exceptional service tell me what is. More sellers could take a leaf out of this sellers book. Thank you
