  As stated on the instructions, the foam will expand over the first few weeks that the turtle is unwrapped. They are vacuum sealed so they take 2-3 weeks to fully "fluff". We also apologize for the mess-up and we talked to the buyer and we have shipped him another turtle that we sell on our website that is 4x the size for no additional cost.
