  Seller failed to answer questions. Listed the item with as 8E5T-18K931-BC, then sent 6L2T-18K931-BC. Tried to pass off a non chrome trim ring radio by adding a chrome trim ring volume knob, which also happened to be broken. Knob had a small piece of cardboard helping to hold it to the shaft. Repackaged and sent right back to seller. They still didn't answer a second question. They received the return on a Tues, no refund by Sat. Had to ask eBay to step in and assist. Buyers Beware!
