    Vendedor A+++, el estado del producto era exactamente como lo describió el vendedor, muy buen vendedor, tuvimos un problema con el transportista y estuvimos en contacto en todo momento, lo tuvo que enviar de nuevo por de ser devuelto por SEUR, que como siempre mintió, diciendo que mi dirección era inaccesible y prefirió devolver el producto a hablar conmigo para traérmelo a casa, con otro transportista llegó a la dirección de mi casa sin ningún problema en pocos días, muchas gracias!!

    Ok, I was nervous about shipping for such an expensive, heavy and sensitive thing as this. But it turns out my Mac Pro was in very good hands! Sturdy, box-in-box packaging with lots of wrapping and styrofoam made shipping a simple thing. And the computer checks out 100% OK, and exactly as described. I’m am super happy!!!

    Artikel einwandfrei, alles wie erwartet und gut verpackt. Paketdienst jedoch unterirdisch: Wunsch-Zustelltermin gebucht (bestätigt). Den ganzen Tag zu Hause auf die Lieferung gewartet, keine Lieferung. Tracking sagt weiterhin Lieferung zum gebuchten Wunschtermin zu, was mittlerweile in der Vergangenheit liegt. Daraufhin die Lieferung in einen Paketshop umgebucht (bestätigt). Trotzdem wurde die Sendung schliesslich nach Hause geliefert, zufällig war jemand anwesend.

    Leider gab es einen transportschaden ABER der Verkäufer hat top reagiert sofort einen retoureschein gesendet und sofort das Geld zurück erstatten NOCH DAZU war der Artikel in einen deutlich besseren Zustand wie beschrieben TOP HÄNDLER! TOP SERVICE! TOP WARE ! Jederzeit wieder 👍👍👍
