  I bought a pottery piece and unfortunately a piece broke off during shipping. This seller immediately issued a refund when I contacted him. I'm sad it broke, but this seller is awesome to work with. The item was as described, and very carefully packaged and arrived quickly. Not sure what happened.

  This seller provided one of the best descriptions possible. The photo’s were detailed and accurately showed any imperfections from aging.   A beautiful bottle which is exactly as shown in the photos. The seller carefully packed the stopper and the bottle separately so that both arrived intact. I thought the packaged arrived in a reasonable amount of time. I'd buy from this seller again, thanks!
