    Item was as described. It installed easily and is working. The seller was responsive communicating with me when the shipment crossed the border to Canada and the tracking information stopped updating. I would buy from them again.

    nope. you advertised that the part will be delivered by that friday and that is why bought it. I have to rent another machine costing $1000 a day. $5000 for last week and counting

    I understand your frustration, but delivery estimates are set by eBay and subject to carrier delays beyond our control. We shipped your order promptly, but transit times are handled by the carrier. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates once the package is in transit. I understand this delay has impacted you, and I regret the inconvenience. While we do everything possible to ensure timely shipping, disruptions sometimes occur.
