  You you say "Shipping took forever", but we processed your order within 1 day and your delivery to Germany took 14 days. You also had the option of Express courier at checkout if required it. You also say "No support during commissioning", but we have not received a single email support request from you, only an eBay message complaining the manuals are not in German. You knew we were an English speaking company before you ordered. First and only negative feedback in 7 years. Thank you.
